Terms of Service

2.1 What the Service is not

• It is not a tutoring service and does not provide teaching
• It is not a school and does not assess your child’s ability
• It does not issue official examination papers or assessments with any official status
• It does not guarantee any improvement in grades or academic performance

2.2 Limitations of AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. Artificial intelligence makes mistakes. We perform multiple quality checks and mark a generation as failed rather than deliver it if it does not meet our standard, but we cannot guarantee that every delivered practice paper is completely error-free.

We recommend that you review a practice paper before giving it to your child.

4.1 Plans

The prices, monthly generation allowances and features of each plan are as published on the Pricing page of the website.

4.2 Free trial

New users may generate 3 practice papers free of charge.

An attempt that fails, cannot be saved or does not meet our internal quality standard will not count against your trial allowance.

4.3 Charges and renewal

• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the next billing period begins
• All prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD)

4.4 Monthly usage

Each plan has a monthly limit on successfully delivered practice papers. Unused papers may roll over up to the specified limit (see the Pricing page).

To maintain service stability and prevent abuse, we also apply a reasonable monthly limit on generation attempts. Normal use will not be affected.

6.2 General subscriptions

The Service has not started charging yet. The refund policy for general subscriptions will be published on this page before charging begins.

6.3 Failed generations

A failed generation does not count against your usage, so no refund is involved.

8.1 Your warranty

When uploading any past paper or material, you warrant that:

• You lawfully own the document or have the right to use it for personal and family purposes
• You are uploading it to generate practice for your own child
• You will not upload material you have no right to use

School past papers, mock papers and practice books are generally protected by copyright belonging to the school, publisher or author. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law.

8.2 How we use it

You retain all rights in the content you upload. You grant us only a limited, non-exclusive licence, solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you.

8.3 Generated practice papers

You may freely use generated practice papers for personal and family purposes.

You must not sell or distribute generated practice papers in bulk, or use them for commercial teaching, unless you purchase a separate institutional plan.
