Pricing FAQ
Do I need to pay or enter a card to try it?
No. Try 3 papers first, then decide whether to subscribe.
Do failed generations use up my allowance?
No. Only papers successfully delivered to you are counted. This applies to both the free trial and paid plans.
Is the founding member price permanent?
Yes. Founding members permanently receive 30% off the standard price. You never have to re-negotiate it.
Could the standard price change later?
It could. AI costs move, so we may need to adjust the standard price or monthly allowances. We'll give 30 days' notice if that happens — and founding members keep their 30% discount either way.
Do unused papers expire?
They roll over, up to two months’ worth (40 for Starter, 120 for Pro, 200 for Plus). Hong Kong parents tend to use papers in bursts before exams, so we designed for that.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Full details of how plan changes work will be published at launch.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Founding members get a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked. You can also request a full refund at any time before the product opens to you.
