About the product
Will the AI just make up random questions?
No. The structure comes from the past paper you upload, and the content comes from the revision scope you upload. Both are provided by you.
How is this different from supplementary books?
Supplementary books are one-size-fits-all and may not match how your child's school sets papers. SmartPapers AI is built from your child's own school paper, so question types, section rhythm and layout feel closer to what they actually sit.
Will the generated paper be identical to the original?
No. The structure is similar; the content is new. The original paper's text, images and questions are not copied.
Which year levels and subjects are covered?
Hong Kong P1 to P6, in Chinese, English, Mathematics and General Studies. Year levels open in stages, and we notify waitlist members by the year level they've entered.
What's the difference between the student and teacher versions?
The student version is a clean paper for your child to work on. The teacher version includes answers for marking. They're separate downloads.
Can I print it?
Yes. Output is designed for black-and-white printing.
Using it
What do I need to get started?
Two things: your child's school past paper (photograph or file), and this term's revision scope (textbook pages, units, vocabulary lists or key points).
How is the paper delivered?
We email you a secure link to smartpapersai.com, where you can download the student and teacher versions separately. We never send files as attachments.
How long does generation take?
It depends on year level, question count and how busy the system is. You don't need to wait at the screen — we email you when it's ready.
What if the paper isn't good?
Multiple checks run during generation, and anything below standard is marked as failed rather than delivered — and doesn't use up your allowance. If something does reach you with a problem, email support@smartpapersai.com.
When can I use it?
Launching autumn 2026. Join the waitlist and we'll notify you when your child's year level opens.
Pricing
Do I need to pay to try it?
No. Try 3 papers free, then decide. Failed generations don't count.
How many children can one subscription cover?
Starter covers one, Pro two, Plus up to four. Each child has a separate profile holding their year level, subjects and history.
Privacy and security
Will my uploaded paper be used by anyone else?
No. It's used for that generation only and is not stored or reused across users.
Do you collect my child's personal information?
No. We do not collect your child's full name, school name or identifying details. At the waitlist stage we collect only how to address you, your child's year level, and your email.
How do I tell a genuine SmartPapers AI email from a fake one?
We only send from notify@smartpapersai.com, links only ever point to smartpapersai.com, we never send attachments, and we never ask for your password, card details or ID in an email. See “How to spot our emails”.
